Communication is simple...it's just not easy!

Course Orientation

The three-day Connecting with Insight is one of the most highly developed interpersonal skills training program available today. People exhibit unconscious symptoms (clues & cues) that you can read to determine if they are being open and honest or evasive and untruthful.  Using proven IDE principles and guidelines, you can reliably assess a person's personality traits, pinpoint areas that need further probing, overcome resistance and properly evaluate the reliability of the information you've received from an individual.

What's in it for me?

When you increase your awareness within the three secret behavioural keys to connecting with insight you will dramatically increase your ability to gain information from even the most reluctant person. You will improve your communication skills, reduce work-related stress and increase your work quality and productivity.

  • Verbal – element concerning the words we choose to use
  • Vocal – element concerning how we say those words
  • Visual – element concerning s the posture, gesture and movements we make with our bodies while talking

Day Three - Cultural and/or Situational Awareness.  The final key is Context, adapting and applying both DISC & BSA module within a given context or situation.  This module provides valuable insights in order to learn skills and strategies for communicating across cultural, in addition to learning how culture impacts on the IDE process.  This module address the following issues:

Through JJC training, I have significantly increased my ability to understand and identify different personality types. The improved communications results are outstanding. The personality profiling skills enables me to speak and relate to any person as if I were able to communicate in their native language. Using the techniques presented in training, it has allowed me to strengthen my own personal skills and better understand the various skills of people I deal with daily on both a professional or personal level.

The intelligence training that was given was instrumental to the success of the mission.  I was able to supply critical tactical intelligence and only because I was properly trained.  JJC teaches students to observe human behaviour and draw conclusions from their actions and reactions.
